Cacao is a great treasure when consumed with the purpose of deepening our self-knowledge. It is an excellent vehicle for staying connected to our inner source of wisdom and fulfilling the callings of our soul. It is a great expander of Consciousness and Heart.
Plants develop by absorbing the forces of Nature: the sun, water, the earth's power, vital energy, and in this process, an energy potential is created that forms the matrix of that same plant.
The cacao fruit thrives in warm temperatures and high humidity found in forests. It rests in the shade of other trees, which also help amplify the energy in the environment.
This synergy gives it its own unique entity that transmits to us an energy of great love and unity with the whole.

Usure Cocoa in Portugal
In 2023 I became the representative of Usure Ceremonial Cocoa in Portugal – Usure is a project focused on conscious, organic, and sustainable 100% cocoa production. It is located on the Cocoa Coast in Bahia and is run by an all-female team that is fully committed to the purpose of Ceremonial Cocoa.
I ship cocoa by mail to mainland Portugal, the islands, all countries of the European Union, and Switzerland.

Cacao is a very expansive medicine, and therefore the ceremonies tend to be very versatile; however, there are some aspects that are essential for me:
The consumption of Cacau is guided by me so that it is a mindful process; we observe what is happening in our mental and emotional bodies, we perceive what the flavor reminds us of and what memories it activates.
Other important aspects of a ceremony are: thanking in prayer all the Guardians of Cacao and the Ancestral Peoples. The presence of the 4 elements on the altar is another important aspect.
